Superhero games?

Who doesnt dream of becoming a superhero, even if you wont admit it, most people do want to. So why cant any game publishers make a good superhero mmo, i mean damn, i have played all of the superhero mmos and i have found that even yet, i can webswing or cling to walls, at least have a character do that, i dont mean they have to be spider man or something like that, just give me the ability and powers to have my hero do anything comic heroes can do.

Well it looks like one of these superhero mmos called  city of heroes is shutting down their servers, damn after so long, i guess they lost too many people, and going free to play didn't help much, it usually doesn't. The other superhero mmos are pretty too cartoony for my taste, ones like Dc universe online or that other one, give me a break and try to make a superhero mmo that lets you become anything you want, is that so hard? Just take a few years and a good budget combined with a great team of designers, make it look good, not cartoony, a long list of super powers, and some descent costume designs.

Looking for something new in comics?

If your looking for new stuff from comic artists today, the new ones that are great wont come from any top notch comic publisher but from regular people around the world with extraordinary talent for illustrating, inking, graphic representation, photo realism, etc.

A few places you will find these comics are...

1. Deviant art.com
2. kickstarter.com
3. twitter ( yes twitter, people will post their creations and thoughts there with ease)

Other great places to find these comics are looking for comic blogs on google, these people who create these new masterpieces are not well funded and need your help at least viewing their content and maybe posting a comment about the site or blog.

Thanks

the new 52

So what is up with the new 52?

DC is rebooting most of the comics from the golden and silver age of comics, some of the story lines have changed to fit the new generation. Since today's comics are darker in nature because they are changing with the times. I think this will be good for DC because of the new readers they might attract to their characters.

So i guess since Hollywood is rebooting movies from the past, then comic publishers think they might have a chance with the same success. Really? Doesn't look like DC can come up with new characters, so they dig through the old files and  remaking what they have already done.

Not that excited for the new 52, its just the same thing from the past with today's technology implemented into them.
