DC is rebooting most of the comics from the golden and silver age of comics, some of the story lines have changed to fit the new generation. Since today's comics are darker in nature because they are changing with the times. I think this will be good for DC because of the new readers they might attract to their characters.
So i guess since Hollywood is rebooting movies from the past, then comic publishers think they might have a chance with the same success. Really? Doesn't look like DC can come up with new characters, so they dig through the old files and remaking what they have already done.
Not that excited for the new 52, its just the same thing from the past with today's technology implemented into them.
